The City of Bellevue’s City Hall Garage underwent a 49,000 SF, 138-stall expansion that replaced parking spaces in the visitor and public safety garage and connected with an existing parking garage beneath Bellevue City Hall.

Lydig scheduled construction to ensure owner’s uninterrupted use of the facility by city, police, and emergency response staff. Site safety was critical and included several mitigation strategies and coordination with Bellevue and the Department of Transportation. The expansion was completed to accommodate Sound Transit’s East Link Extension project.
