The project brings together several city departments and functions that are currently located in different structures throughout the city. The new facility houses police, jail, municipal court, city council chambers, city hall, and community development and public works engineering offices.  Additionally, Lydig completed the build-out of the city hall building. The project also includes construction of a new parking lot with electric charging stations, street improvements, and associated site civil including piles, landscaping, and lighting work.
