The majority were constructed using the design-build method and include Clean Rooms, an FDA approved pharmaceutical warehouse with humidity controls, walk-in coolers for storage, Clean Manufacturing spaces, pharmaceutical compounding and testing rooms, multi-story pharmaceutical packaging warehouse, a Lyophilizer (freeze-dryer) building and various support spaces.
The campus is a high security environment with Department of Defense contracts and other government agencies.
