Coyote ridge is a 565,000 SF corrections center with 21 total buildings, and 2,148 total beds. Design and construction of required infrastructure was executed, including water, sewer, electrical, gas, low voltage services, security fences, security lights, and roads. It is the first prison campus in the United States to receive a LEED Gold rating.
