A joint construction project with Katerra Construction, Lydig Construction and McKinstry, this project is a 270,000 SF high volume cross laminated timber (CLT) factory located in Spokane Valley, WA. A renewable structural building material, CLT can be used in construction and structural applications in a variety of ways. At full capacity the facility will produce 13 million SF of CLT material per year.
