Health Motivate Care

Health Motivate Care, approximately 16,000 SF, is a ground-up, medical office building with worship hall. The project includes multiple offices, conference rooms and various exam, treatment, hydro therapy, physical therapy and breakrooms. The adjoining worship and fellowship shall includes a coffee bar and kitchen. This project also included improvements to existing site. The structure is primarily wood-framed, while the exterior consists of brick, metal panel, stucco, and storefront.
