The 68,847 SF facility includes classrooms, food service areas, locker rooms, administrative offices, storage, maintenance and training areas. It includes a 6,676 SF assembly hall. Completed in 15 months, it includes extensive masonry work, and a pre-engineered metal storage building. Due to the Guard’s role in state disaster assistance it is adjacent to the Spokane Fire Department.
