When Washington Mutual Bank was purchased by Chase Bank, Lydig was contracted to rebrand 32 branch locations throughout eastern Washington.

Work included various scopes at each location, and typically included items such as painting, wallcovering, flooring and mecho shades. In some cases, Lydig performed extensive electrical work, HVAC duct work and fire sprinkler relocation. The most challenging aspect of this project was the aggressive three-month schedule to complete all 32 locations.
