Northwest Detention Center

This federally commissioned detention facility delivers a high‑capacity, secure environment through integrated planning, specialized systems, and mission‑critical design execution.
This 150,000 SF detention complex was designed and constructed for INS/Homeland Security to support secure processing, housing, and administrative operations. The facility includes intake and processing areas, medical and dental clinics, courtrooms, interview and visitation spaces, food service and laundry facilities, and comprehensive administration and support services. Accommodating 800 beds, the project required close collaboration throughout preconstruction and construction to deliver a highly secure, fully integrated detention environment.
