The Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane campus is expanding its sterile injectable manufacturing capabilities with a major focus on Line 3 expansion, a 50,000 SF addition that significantly increases domestic production capacity. Line 3 introduces a high‑speed commercial fill‑finish line capable of producing 55 million units per year at 400 vials per minute, featuring full isolator technology and 100% automated weight checking at production speed. The expansion also adds three mixing rooms that can handle batches of up to 2,000 liters using single-use technologies, plus two new 300 SF freeze-dryers to help with complex injectable products. Together, these upgrades strengthen on‑shore pharmaceutical manufacturing and support long‑term supply reliability, with a future line expansion planned to further scale operations.
