Jubilant HollisterStier Laboratory
The Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane campus is undergoing a major multi-phase expansion to significantly increase U.S. sterile injectable manufacturing capacity. Lydig has completed 30+ projects on the campus totaling $32M.
The majority were constructed using the design-build method and include clean rooms, an FDA-approved pharmaceutical warehouse with humidity controls, walk-in coolers for storage, clean manufacturing spaces, pharmaceutical compounding and testing rooms, a multi-story pharmaceutical packaging warehouse, a Lyophilizer (freeze-dryer) building, and various support spaces.
The campus is a high-security environment with Department of Defense contracts and other government agencies.
