The Lodge at St. Edward

Daniels Real Estate, Ron Wright & Associates, and Lydig Construction oversaw the preservation and adapted reuse of the historic St. Edward Seminary in Kenmore, Washington. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places, the Washington Heritage Register, and was named one of the most endangered landmarks in our state by the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation.

Now completely restored, the 75,000 SF seminary is reimagined as amenity for park users and a serene getaway for Lodge guests. The Lodge features approximately 84 guest rooms, meeting rooms, wellness spa, and a restaurant and cafe. The Project also added site and parking improvements for guests and employees. Parking and circulation improvements include resurfacing, reconfiguring, and expanding existing parking, and improving the pedestrian paths surrounding the Seminary. Additionally, a 2-story below-grade parking structure was built adjacent to the seminary building.
