Converted into an innovative, energy efficient building, it now hosts green office space and retail tenants. Energy efficient systems include ground-source heat pumps, radiant panels, a rainwater harvesting system, and building envelope improvements. Targeting LEED ® Gold certification, it would be one of a handful of high performing historical buildings in the U.S.
