The project included hundreds of new parking stalls, traffic and pedestrian accommodations, and robust civil work to support Costco’s operational needs. Lydig’s efficient sequencing and construction expertise ensured the Costco was built on time, setting the stage for its planned opening in August 2025 and delivering a long-term retail asset for the Las Vegas Valley.
