The facility houses a ladder truck and aid car, along with additional fleet storage, maintenance areas, fueling, living quarters, fitness space, and kitchen facilities. Designed with dedicated hot and cool zones and enhanced air filtration systems, the station prioritizes firefighter wellness while aligning apparatus bays with the adjacent intersection to enable quick deployment. Strong collaboration among the City, fire department, designers, and builders, along with proactive community engagement, allowed the project to remain on schedule and within budget while enhancing program value.
