Spokane International Airport added a new five‑story, 430,000 SF parking garage to expand long term parking and make getting to the terminal easier for travelers. The garage includes about 1,140 parking spaces and connects back to the existing garage with skybridges at multiple levels to improve circulation. Built with a mix of precast and cast‑in‑place concrete, the structure was designed for long‑term durability, efficiency, and seismic performance. The project was completed on an aggressive 10-month schedule while the airport remained fully operational.
