Sound Transit L200 Parking Garage

Lydig contributed key parking and access facilities that support two new stations along Sound Transit’s Lynnwood Link Extension, enhancing mobility between Snohomish County and Seattle.

The Lynnwood Link Extension expands light‑rail service 8.5 miles from Northgate into Snohomish County, adding four new stations at Shoreline South/145th Street, Shoreline North/185th Street, Mountlake Terrace, and Lynnwood City Center. When operational, the extension will provide fast, frequent, and reliable connections from Snohomish County to the University of Washington, downtown Seattle, and the broader regional system.

Lydig’s work includes the Shoreline South/145th Street Garage, a six‑level, 163,151 SF structure providing approximately 500 parking stalls and direct connections to the new SR 522/NE 145th Bus Rapid Transit service. The Shoreline North/185th Street Garage adds another 500 stalls across two levels, improving neighborhood access and connecting riders to Shoreline Stadium, the Shoreline Conference Center, and enhanced pedestrian pathways linking both sides of I‑5.
