New, ground-up construction of a two-story, 42,000 SF on the PNWU campus in Yakima, WA. PNWU is a private, medical training university focused on osteopathic medicine. The project will be delivered under a modified GCCM approach and is scheduled to break ground in June, 2024, and completed July, 2025. Project will be a two-story, CLT structure with offices, classrooms, and modified teaching spaces with a current construction budget of $13,000,000.
