The Rivertech project is a 72,000 SF, three-floor tenant improvement that repositioned a Class A office building to attract new tenants and enhance overall functionality. The work included reconfiguration of the building lobby, upgraded finishes, removal of existing tenant partitions, and the addition of new amenities, including a feature stair. The project reflects a balance of thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship to modernize the building and create a more inviting, contemporary workplace environment.
