The Lakehaven Water and Sewer District Headquarters project delivered a new two-story, 40,000 SF administration building along with vehicle storage, a maintenance building remodel, and 145 parking stalls as part of the district’s 20-year growth plan. The scope included stormwater system replacement, underground utilities, demolition, and site and street frontage improvements, all constructed on an active site shared with existing facilities and a neighboring fire station. Phased construction was carefully executed to maintain continuous operations, with the new buildings designed to meet critical facility standards for resilience and reliability.
