Bellevue City Hall East Garage Expansion

The City of Bellevue City Hall Parking Garage expansion added 49,000 SF of new parking capacity to replace stalls impacted by Sound Transit’s East Link Extension. The project expanded and connected to the existing garage beneath City Hall, incorporating structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades along with building envelope modifications and site improvements. Construction was carefully scheduled to maintain uninterrupted use by city staff, police, and emergency responders, with heightened safety measures and coordination with the City of Bellevue and regional transportation agencies.
