The Aero Center FBO at Spokane International Airport consists of a 27,000 SF private aircraft hangar and an adjacent 5,000 SF of office space. The facility supports aircraft refueling and short stays, with amenities that include a private office, lounge, and indoor heated aircraft storage. The hangar opens to the tarmac through two overhead fabric coiling doors, the largest measuring 110 feet wide by 28 feet tall.
Delivered using a Design‑Bid‑Build approach, the project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule. The finished facility provides functional aviation infrastructure and straightforward passenger amenities, meeting operational needs without disrupting airport activity.
