27 Lydig employees and friends accepted the challenge of climbing Mt. Baker – the 10,781-foot-tall Ice King of the North Cascades. We did this because cancer has affected all our lives in some way. Collectively, we wanted to help end cancer’s devastating impact by raising money to support cutting edge research at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute.

After training in the mountains of Washington State for months, all twenty-seven Climb to Fight Cancer team members successfully summited! They also surpassed their fundraising goal and raised over $130,000 for research at the Hutch. Unbeknownst to them at the time, they also set a record for the largest group to summit Baker from one company on the same day.
