The five-story office building, a Design-Build project with ALSC Architects, was built on a 26,000 SF footprint and was completed in 11 months. The primary structure includes cast in place columns and a structural steel roof. Built on a 92 acre parcel, it is adjacent to the existing SEL buildings.
