A two-story, 34,650 SF energy-efficient office that garnered LEED ® Gold Certification. Energy-efficient features include a green roof, non-toxic furnishings and finishes, bioswales and the innovative use of an under-floor air distribution system. Bicycle storage and showers/changing rooms, dedicated parking for low emitting/fuel efficient vehicles and carpools, high efficiency water-conserving plumbing fixtures and sensor-controlled lighting all contributed greatly to the certification.
