Work also included the grand lobby, server room, library, offices, conference rooms and full service cafeteria. The reception area features a 2-floor atrium, connected by a glass-railed stairway and birds eye maple paneling, recycled from the former Davis Wright Tremaine offices. The stringent schedule was the greatest challenge; all eight floors were completed in less than seven months.
