The project is a Class A tenant improvement of floors 17 through 24 in the Washington Mutual Tower. Work also included the grand lobby, server room, library, offices, conference rooms and full service cafeteria. The reception area features a 2-floor atrium, connected by a glass-railed stairway and birds eye maple paneling, recycled from the former Davis Wright Tremaine offices. The stringent schedule was the greatest challenge; all eight floors were completed in less than seven months.
