Davis Wright Tremaine
Seattle, Washington
This project was a $12.9 million Class A tenant improvement of floors 17 through 24 of the Washington Mutual Tower in Seattle. Renovated areas included a grand lobby, server room, library, offices, conference rooms and a full service cafeteria. The reception area features a 2-floor atrium, formed by cutting through the ceiling to open up the area to the next floor. The two floors in this area are connected by a stairway with glass railings, and birds eye maple paneling on the walls. The paneling was recycled from the former Davis Wright Tremaine office and reinstalled in the new space.
