Seattle, Washington
When CollinsWoerman, one of the area’s top architecture firms, decided to relocate their office to Seattle’s Central Business District, Lydig was selected to build-out their new space. CollinsWoerman now occupies the entire 14th floor of the famous, historic Dexter Horton Building, originally built in 1924. The 20,000 SF office is divided into 3 open-office wings with over 150 workstations. There are 2 resource libraries, 4 conference rooms, a lunch room, doc-prep area and numerous open meeting stations located throughout the space.
