Lincoln Middle School

This project was a renovation and expansion of the existing school, including the complete demolition of approximately 80% of the existing structure. Approximately 72,000 SF of new construction was added onto the existing structure. In addition, the site work included new parking lots, approximately 39,000 SF of new sidewalks, site retaining and screen walls, and the renovation of the bus lane. This project had a total of five phases lasting a total of two years, and allowed for the continued use of the facility during construction.
