This 107,825 SF junior high school is composed of new construction, with the exception of the gymnasium and locker room areas which have been completely renovated. The Class A space provides multiple classrooms, a state-of-the-art library, cafeteria, communal stage/commons area and administration offices for this growing education institution. This school is located in the middle of a residential neighborhood. We developed a creative phasing plan to ensure that the neighbors and school operations were disrupted as little as possible throughout the project.
