Clovis Point Intermediate School

Clovis Point Intermediate School is an 82,000 SF project that consists of three classroom wings, a rotunda style library, commons area, and athletic/music area. Included in the design is a full kitchen, various music rooms, an administration area, gymnasium and locker rooms. The building is a steel structure infilled with steel studs. The exterior consists of block veneer, metal panels, and stucco. The site is approximately 13 acres including a softball field, a play field, and extensive landscaping.
