This distinguished club has been contributing to the Seattle Community for over a hundred years. The Rainier Club has managed to maintain the presence and elegance of its 115 year-old building while located amidst the modern skyscrapers of downtown Seattle. In 2000, the building suffered structural and architectural damage following a regional earthquake. Lydig Construction restored the structure to its original condition, allowing this historical treasure to maintain its stately presence within the community.
