The Lydig team recently joined the celebration of the grand opening of the Hilton Garden Inn in Henderson, Nevada. Special challenges that this unique project presented include an extremely tight site, as well as a demanding site package. The new hotel features 141 rooms in the three-story structure. Other amenities include a full kitchen, restaurant and bar, as well as an outdoor pool and spa. In total, the new Hilton Garden Inn is 78,000 sf.
